Nancy

Nancy, well what can we say about Nancy. Nancy came to me as a brand new horse owner with a brand new green horse being a green rider herself. Having gone through a lot wih Mr Flick she decided to seek help with this boy. Nancy started taking lessons in May of 2009. Nancy didnt even know how to catch her own horse from the field. I can say she can get flick, groom him, and tack him up with out any supervision. After evaluating Flick in July, We decided that Flick need to go into partial training since he had no respect for the people who were riding or handling him. Flick is at least respecting Nancy on the ground and she can now get on him and he steers into the direction you ask him. For me he is now learning what leg is, he is bending, and can now hold himself in a frame and is actually jogging for me! Due to the ring I can't really push him through his paces, so I cant wait to start him on his "training" again in the spring.
